How would you explain Account Management in three sentences or less to an 8-year old?

Account management deals with sales and relationships with particular customers. An Account Manager manages the relationship with the client of the account(s) to which they are assigned. Essentially, it’s our job to answer questions, touch base and provide information to our clients.

If someone wrote a biography about you, what will the title of the book be?

I actually already did! It’s in the works, and is expected to be published (hopefully) within the next year. It’s Called “Besides That Mrs. Lincoln” (taken from another one of my favorite adages “Besides that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the show?”)
