02.17.10 – Design Engine teaches Pro/E Aircraft surfacing workshop to Pro/E contractors looking to break into Aircraft industry. This two day modeling and techniques class made up of NACA wing forms and wing fillets with specific focus on stealth surface modeling empowered these contractors for using Pro/Surface to working with Aerodynamics engineers.

04.12.10 – Design Engine hosts two day specialty Photoshop workshop for seasoned industrial designers.

05.03.10 – Design Engine conducts a four week Rhino Intensive to participants from Canada. Students were funded by a Canadian Grant to get people to work.

05.10.10 – Design Engine conducts a one week SolidWorks Surfacing Intensive to Petmate in the Chicago office.

05.19.10 – Kyocera Wireless Corporation sends industrial designers for the Design Engine Seven Day Pro/E Intensive which includes the basics and surfacing in Pro/Engineer.

05.24.10 – US Army and Moen come in for the one week surfacing intensive. This class is offered each fourth full week of the month.

06.01.10 – Plexus sends engineers for the Design Engine Plastic Part Design class.

07.07.10 – Karcher (was Winsdsor Industries) sends three for their second Pro/Surface ISDX intensive. This custom intensive took off after the original one week intensive offered by Design Engine as these Engineers previously took the one week intensive over a year ago and wanted a next level intensive. The class focus was on advanced surfacing functions of surface edit among others and G2 surfacing techniques.

08.02.10 – Berlin Packaging’s Studio 111 sends two industrial designers to learn Pro/Engineer at our pace.

08.23.10 – Bissell engineers send several for Pro/Surface week long intensive. This class is offered each fourth full week of the month.

08.26.10 – KI sends specialist engineer to peek at whats new with Pro/E surfacing in Wildfire 5.0.

09.13.10 – Design Engine goes to Burton Snowboards to teach a design workshop using both Alias and Maya to facilitate binder geometry.

09.20.10 – Design Engine administers multiple plastic part design workshops using Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0 to Kärcher North America in Denver CO.

11.08.10 – Livetime project receives the one week Pro/E surfacing intensive on-site at their facility in Clearfield UT

11.29.10 – KI of Greenbay WI came in for some one on one time. These designers have used Design Engine for training and consulting many times in the past but this time they are using Design Engine for the kickoff of this new seating project.

12.01.10 – Specific Top Down Modeling two day intensive offered on site to Eaton Corporation in Milwaukee, WI.
