Our rigorous methodology gives students one-on-one instruction from highly-qualified mentors. For example we teach plastic part design workshops to sheet metal to die casting classes. All with respect to design engineering and fabrication methodologies. We focus on workflow and modeling technique as opposed to the menu clicks.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary business contact for the client (prospective student) and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Reports to the Operations Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status, call reports, and outgoing proposals on a weekly basis.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • “Order Taker”: Answers all phone calls regarding training inquiries and regularly follows up with prospective and past clients.
  • Creates and reviews all major deliverables (i.e. course type, cost, set date) in each proposal to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Sends out proposals to prospective and repeat clients, approves change orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections (i.e. following up on invoices sent).
  • Works closely with the TEAM in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of proposal status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the proposal.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, including cold-calling, data mining, and utilizing social media and web applications.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quota (i.e. number of proposals, cold calls, sales, etc.)
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Attends client meetings and various industry events, as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Required

  • 1 year of Account Management or Sales experience.
  • Experience in a small, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience.
  • Experience in Admissions/Enrollment Management at an educational institution.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Design.

WINDCHILL/INTRALINK INSTRUCTOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Conduct course design and development of Product Lifecycle Management functional areas. Advise Project Manager in all aspects of PLM to create relevant case studies and to deploy realistic hands on exercises, simulations leveraging live student training Integrated Data Environment (IDE) using WindChill. Support Department of Defense iterative PLM IDE deployments with successively more mature/sophisticated training. Enable and conduct platform instruction of core systems engineering, product support engineering and project management concepts and their implementation through progressively more complex IDE deployments.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Understanding and Capability to deploy PLM specific User Communications modules and related course materials (student and instructor guides).
  • Knowledge and ability to simplify complex PLM concepts into manageable lessons (courses of instruction) through supporting integrated PLM Course Learning Objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with OEM’s and Project Managers to establish and/or verify and develop PLM course requirements and content.
  • Proficient in WindChill application environment to include Project Management, Workflow Management, Role Based Collaboration, Configuration Management and Product Data Management.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Required

  • Experience using WindChill Quality Solution analytical modeling software.
  •  Experience with Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Tools.
  • Experience in Classroom Instruction Techniques.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering

ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY:

Accountant needed who is proficient in Quickbooks to process payroll, pay bills, taxes etc. 20 hours per week to start. Pay rate will be determined by experience.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Maintain organized records and files to document financial transactions.
  • Manage cash, including cash flow projections and investment analysis.
  • Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare ad hoc financial reports.
  • Maintain controls to ensure the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures
  • Assure corporate income tax compliance for accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns.
  • Work with department/division heads to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits program and employee savings plan.
  • Responsible for assisting in problem solving with other departments.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience with general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable software, such as QuickBooks.
  • Experience with budget and forecast preparation.
  • Knowledge of federal tax laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to maintain productive working relationships with other employees.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
